HOW YOU CAN HELP
Every task matters.
Running a wildlife sanctuary involves many different responsibilities. Our volunteers help support the everyday work that keeps Potoroo Palace operating safely and smoothly.

Depending on the sanctuary's needs, your role may include:
- SUPPORTING ANIMAL CARE
Assist with approved daily routines, including food preparation and other animal-related tasks, under the guidance of our team.
- KEEPING THE PARK CLEAN AND SAFE
Help maintain pathways, visitor areas and other spaces throughout the sanctuary.
- GARDENING AND MAINTENANCE
Contribute to the upkeep of the grounds, outdoor spaces and facilities.
- SUPPORTING DAILY OPERATIONS
Help with practical tasks, organisation and general work that allows the sanctuary to welcome visitors and care for its animals.
- HELPING OUR COMMUNITY
Depending on your skills and the sanctuary's needs, there may also be opportunities to contribute through other practical activities.
